Independence, with the right support quietly in place.
At Care Solutions Hub, we support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder to live independently in their own homes, receiving the right care tailored to their needs. Choosing where and with whom you live is fundamental to having control over your life.
Your home. Your tenancy. Your rules.
Supported living allows you to take charge of your life by giving you the freedom to choose where to live, who to live with, and how you are supported. With the right care in place, you can manage your own home, organise your care needs, and make choices that align with your personal preferences.
Unlike residential care, your home remains genuinely yours — support is arranged around your tenancy, not the other way round.
Support shaped entirely around you
Every supported living package is different, because every person is different. Common areas of support include:
Daily Living
Cooking, cleaning, budgeting and managing a home — supported at your own pace.
Personal Care
Dignified, respectful support with personal care needs, exactly as much as you want.
Health & Wellbeing
Coordinating appointments, medication and routines that keep you well.
Community Life
Staying connected to friends, family and the activities that matter to you.
Designed for real independence, not a fixed model of care
- Adults with learning disabilities who want to live independently.
- Autistic adults who benefit from consistent, familiar, person-centred support.
- People transitioning from family homes, residential care or hospital settings.
- Anyone who wants a genuine say in where they live, who supports them, and how.
Supported living, answered plainly
No. In supported living, your home is genuinely yours — usually your own tenancy — and support is arranged separately around your needs. You keep far more control over your day-to-day life than in a residential setting.
Always. Family members and loved ones are welcomed and actively involved in the care process as part of the support team, for as much or as little as suits your family.
We start with a conversation, not a form. From the initial assessment, you're empowered to shape your own care journey, and the plan is reviewed regularly as your goals and needs change.
We are based in Tunbridge Wells and support individuals across Tunbridge Wells and the wider West Kent area. Get in touch to confirm coverage for your location.
